Located in Ashburnham Ma since 1935 The purpose of the Fitchburg Sportsmen's Club, Inc. shall be to perpetuate, improve and foster interests and activities in the areas of hunting, fishing, conservation and outdoor recreation for this and future generations.
Annual Banquet New Time - New Menue - Same Location Based on responses of the survey taken earlier this year we have worked with Slattery's to provide an exciting new menue and an earlier time. Thank you to all who provided feedback and thanks to Joanne Bunnell for her work to organize it all. The Menue choices are as follows:
Maple Glazed Atlantic Salmon
Served with rice pilaf & vegetable of the day
Chicken Picatta
In a lemon butter sauce with capers/artichoke hearts
Roast Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Winter fruit stuffing-Whipped potato, gravy

The time is a bit earlier - a lunch rather than an evening event which we hope will be more convenient for those who would rather not drive at night. All tickets must be paid for in advance. No payment will be accepted at the door. Registrations and cancellations will be accepted until 2-21.
