1. Each member, as a condition of membership, accepts the responsibility and obligation to carry medical and liability insurance to cover injury or death resulting from injury or injuries sustained from self or others in the event of an accident to include willful misconduct and acknowledges that the Club does not provide insurance for the member or his or her guests benefit. In addition, the following waiver is hereby acknowledged and accepted by the member as set forth herein and on the initial application for membership.

2. I, as a member of the Fitchburg Sportsmen's Club, Inc., the undersigned, for myself, heirs, executors, executrixes, administrators and assigns, hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Fitchburg Sportsmen's Club, Inc., its members, officers, directors, trustees, representatives, agents and employees of and from all liability, loss, claims, demands and any and all possible causes of action in law or inequity that may accrue from any loss, damage or injury, including death, to my person or property any way resulting from or arising in connection with, or related to my presence on the property of the Fitchburg Sportsmen's Club, Inc., whether said presence shall be as a spectator or competitor in any events held on said property or while upon, entering or departing from said property from any cause whatsoever, including without limitation, the failure of anyone to enforce the rules and regulations of said Club or the negligence of any persons. I hereby acknowledge the risk and danger to myself and property while upon the premises of the Fitchburg Sportsmen's Club, Inc., either as a spectator or a competitor or in assisting in any events held upon said properties and I do so voluntarily with judgement and ability of others and accept the conditions of the Sportsmen's Club, Inc., and I hereby assume all risks for loss, damage or injury, including death, to myself and my property for any cause whatsoever and whether or not attributable to the negligence of any person associated with the Fitchburg Sportsmen's Club, Inc.
